In Orrekie, click “New Memo” to begin. Choose the type of memo you want to issue- whether it's sending information, informing an action, or an internal note for the team.
Add Recipients and Documents
Assign the memo to relevant team members, ensuring accountability. Include a clear subject, description, body text and all necessary attachments such as documents, images and files.
Track Status and Deadline
Memos are automatically marked as "cleared" or "uncleared" based on whether action is still required. Set deadlines to keep responses timely and prevent bottlenecks.
Send and Track
Memos are issued and securely logged in Orrekie, creating a centralised, structured record. Every memo is tracked as "cleared" or "uncleared," ensuring nothing is missed. This keeps project actions organised, searchable, and easy to follow up on.
